Mustafa said that along with ZERE representatives, KOSTT's KEDS have found that this agreement had to be signed in order to exercise energy sovereignty throughout Kosovo.
According to him, it is not good for this agreement to be addressed with negative findings “because as such if they are, the prime minister is not able to know what he's doing”
