Who is military Bajram Begaj, Albania's president elected

Major General Bajram Begaj was born on 20 March 1967 in Rrogozhina. In 1989 he completed his studies at the University of Tirana, the Faculty of Medicine, and was named active officer in the <x0 mic <x0). Before assuming office of Chief of General Staff Begaj for a period of three years, he served in the duty of the commander of the Doctrine and Training Command. During his military career, he served at various leading positions in the Armed Forces, such as Deputy Director of the University Hospital Centre “Mother Teresa”; General Director of Central University Military Hospital; Director of Health Inspectorate, Chief Inspector of Health Inspector and Adviser at FA General Staff; Chief of Military Medical Unit and Deputy Director of the University of Trauma Hospital.

Begaj has attended various qualifications and specialisations in the military and medical field, in educational institutions both at home and abroad. It has completed the high course for security and protection near the Academy of Armed Forces, the Educated School of Medicine and postgraduate specialisation in Gastrohepatology, near the Faculty of Medicine, Tirana. It has also followed the course of hospital management and the course of strategic medical leadership in the United States, the top international defence management course, to the Defense Management Institute at the US Navy Passive School, the top executive seminar near the Marshall Centre, Germany, and other military qualifications.

General Bajram Begaj has completed the “Doctorate at Medical Field”, near the Faculty of Medicine, and holds the title “Associated Professor” in Medicine.
