Kurt finally comes up with an answer to QUINT about Decani Monastery property

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has spoken on the land ownership issue about the Decani Monastery following the fourth requirement he accepted last month by the QUINTić states, for his government to implement the Constitutional Court Act, which says the Decani Monastery is the owner of that land. Kurt said [...]
Kurti has said that there are many violations in this court, until he added that powers are divided and should not be mixed.
What about the Constitutional Court act, aren't powers divided? Executive power and judicial power? Why so many requests from the Government of Kosovo to somehow combine with another pillar of power? It is constantly required that we not get involved in other pillars of power, which of course is a trait of democracy, but in this case it is constantly required that we be there at the Constitutional Court. She does her job according to her discussions and opinions. We are another organ and not only on the scale, but also on the nature of the Republic of Kosovo”.
Moreover, Kurti has said that wrongdoing has been committed even when the Orthodox Church has been accepted as a party.
“They have given their sentence, I believe there are many procedural violations. It's not the Decani Monastery side in question, it's the Orthodox Church, it's been wrongly accepted. UNMIK's AKM cannot represent us after declaring independence, but the AKP had to. This too is a violation. There are countless of them. But the government is held to justice. We don't engage in the logic of shopping with anyone. No inside, no abroad. With the knowledge we have, with the ability we possess, we do our best possible”.
Also, Kurti said he has offered dialogue by the main priests to start dialogue and negotiate, but that they are not accepting it as different from all his predecessors at the executive.
It's the ones who are not accepting this. He constantly makes dialogues with everyone, everyone everywhere, but unfortunately the priests of the Orthodox Church do have the willingness to dialogue with me. They waited for them at the meeting and dialogued with all the prime ministers before me, except for me. However, it is about a political selection because other judgments by the Constitutional Court that are still being mentioned, although they have not been implemented. How is one person chosen as being a owl or a Swedish table? If it's justice, then it wouldn't look like that”.
In their response, the chiefs of missions of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom and the United States of America said law enforcement and respect of the judiciary are the obligations of all democraticly elected governments and noted that these are also preconditions for Kosovo's membership in international organisations.
\“also, they are preconditions for Kosovo's democratic consolidation and its integration into European and Euro-Atlantic institutions”, the QUINT response said on May 20th of this year.
