Kuci wants government to reach consensus with opposition for dialogue with Serbia

He says dialogue should have internal political concessions and also an external unity between the US and the EU.

I think dialogue should now have three key things: the first one I think should create a concession in Kosovo. He also said there should be concessions in the report between the United States and the European Union.
