An unusual case occurred in Lipjan, where a case of misuse of foreign property by a Montenegrin citizen was denounced during yesterday. The signal teaches that the complainer is the owner of a credit company in Budva, which has reported to the Kosovo Police that a Kosovar has rented a car and has not returned it.
After police have identified the suspect, he has gone to his home in the village of Resinovac to get a statement regarding the case. But except he was home, he's not even in Kosovo. According to his family, D.S., he went to Russia and sold his car to his brother.
Sources within the prosecution have suggested that police have found the car in the suspect's brother's yard, after he had sold it for about 3,500 euros.
The vehicle has been temporarily seized by police, while launching investigations into the case.
