How were KLA veterans left out of minimum wage?

U.d. OVL KLA chairman Faton Klinkaku has announced that tomorrow the Kosovo Parliament session will be held, with the result again adopting the draft law on amending laws, in which, according to him, this power is wanting to remove war veterans from the connection to the minimum wage. He [...]
He has clarified the earlier declaration he made to Kosovo Assembly deputies.
“I have called on MPs not to fall prey to an irresponsible government that violates the laws and decisions of the Constitutional Court, the government which specifically says it is for The KLA, but it's actually acting against it -- a government which, as seen in the prime minister's occupation, is leading us towards a confrontation that we don't want either”, Klink said in RTK.
He views government officials as fraud because, he adds, they cheat when they say the Article 18 of the basic law has been erased.
So, if it's gone, why don't they stop veterans from pensions and why they're proposing for a change in the law, because, if that's why they're proposing for a change of law, because if it's an entity with the law that's not in force, they don't need to propose a change of law that tomorrow they're proposing to adopt”, Klink said.
He explained that the basic law has not been functional, because, according to him, it has not found application, because it has not been classified, “billy has not even formed a communication on this matter”.
These can't make the classification of veterans' lists, because the files are in court, the law is in vain on the official page”, Klink explained.
Klink criticised institutional officials for dragging the issue, because, according to him, their interest is only votes.
“We call on power, but also on minorities, who are in co-governance, as well as on Kosovo Parliament deputies not to approve the law, not to support Government, that otherwise they will bear the consequences themselves, Klinaku stressed.
He added that the upcoming protests will be held in tents and will last days.
While regarding the visit of former KLA leaders to The Hague, which will carry out Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca, Klinaku said this too is a kind of hypocrisy, because, as he said, the chief parliament has voted the law removing war veterans from the minimum wage, on the one hand, and on the other go visit war veterans to The Hague.
Instead these would have to work with the internationals to help them out there because they're breaking basic human rights.
