The prime minister's remarks come after the G7 summit in Germany.
He described the conflict as the crazy “” and told German broadcaster ZDF: “if Putin were a woman, which he certainly was not, but if he were, I don't really think he would have entered into a madness, the macho war of occupation and violence in the way he has. He also suggested there should be more women in positions of power, and added that the West should support Kiev in its military strategy to help change the dynamics of the conflict.
