The accused Peci is charged that during 2020 and 2021, out of 29 people has accepted 61 thousand and 600 euros, which he had promised Swedish visa regulation, reports “Justice Vow”.
At Wednesday's defence hearing of the accused Peci, lawyer Armend Krasniqi proposed to the court that the detention move against his defence be replaced by any other alternative measure of security of the defendant's presence in the procedure.
While this proposal was not opposed by case prosecutor Slobodan Bakic, who proposed to the court that the detention measure against the accused, Peci, replace it with the measure of house arrest.
The sides' proposals have been approved by the judge of the Beftman Beqiri case.
Judge Beqiri's decision to replace the detention measure with the measure of house arrest has come, praising that the measure is sufficient for preventing the repeat criminal work from being charged, as well as ensuring the presence of the same in the procedure.
The ongoing judicial review is expected to be held on July 8, 2022.
Otherwise, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, on February 11, 2022, has filed an indictment against Valbone Peci because there is good-based doubt that in Mitrovica at various times and periods of time it has brought some people to scurry, with the hiding of facts, and in order to bring themselves rich gain, aware of the work and the consequences of the same.
According to the indictment, some people at the expense of their defendant's property have handed in monetary sums so that the same can provide you with a working visa in Sweden, which he did not do in the agreed terms, because there has been no basis, possibility, or authorization for such an act.
Thus, the indictment says that from 29 people at different intervals during 2020 and 2021, it has accepted monetary sums, in many quotas of 61 thousand and 600 euros. /Betimi justice/
