Havenier has written that he is honoured with the celebration of this day, while remembering that 23 years ago NATO brought stability and prosperity to Kosovo and the region.

Kosovo today marks the 23rd anniversary of liberation. It was June 12th 1999 when NATO forces launched military intervention in Kosovo to end the war.
