Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj, at a news conference, has said that passing this bill was made by VV co-operation with Serbian Lisa.
He has said a UDB children's victory supported by the Serbian List has been seen today.
“Today we're sure that Behemman Morina has returned to parliament, UDB and Serbs”, he said.
There has been disappointment among the VV's own deputies against this bill.
