Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli said that on the basis of the 2019-20 financial auditing report by the National Audition Office, it is considered that the board has not been successful.
“Bord has taken action in forming and functioning the operational unit in Cline despite the fact that in the second quarter of 2021, the company operates at a loss of 36 thousand euros”.
Citing the Law on Public Enterprises, Rizvanolli said the Government should dismiss and replace directors “if for two years the company does not meet the business plan falls the value of company assets or increases consumer discontent with”.
The “Actionary finds that the conditions for dismissal of directors have been met, and in addition the board of the Drini White irrigation company has not reflected in the US Ministry's September 17th 2021 demand for eliminating conflict of interest and nepotism within the company”.
The interim board was voted for chairman Arjeta Zeka, while members Ilaz Halili, Arlinda Magbani and Ramiz Jukovic.
