Kurti said that in the coming days it is crucial whether there will be finalisation of the energy agreement with Serbia, whose negotiation is in the hands of Besnik Bislimi.
The following “Days are crucial to see if the finalisation of the agreement on the start of the implementation of the energy guide will be made, so we need to be very careful not to harm the process in the next few days because excuses are being sought to deviate from the agreement we are close to. Let me state that this agreement does not relate to visa liberalisation we have met all criteria and we have largely adjusted the image of Kosovo”, Kurti said.
What needs to be remembered is that it's about the four services agreed on earlier, that's the setting of energy meters, their maintenance, their billing and running, and we've fulfilled this obligation and that it refers to the meeting between KED and the Serbian side only to this respect they've talked about. There will be no additional service in the area of distribution beyond these four services that I mentioned and beyond four municipalities in northern Kosovo”, he said.
