Durmish says that with maintenance contracts, they have saved Kosovo's 30m-euro budget.

We've been ruining plans for many specific groups that have benefited millions from the Ministry of Infrastructure. There was one example, I think who these might be: from Sami Lashtak and the people around him to Ramush Haradinaj and his men.

For example, two private companies are talking here, making a bill of some 30,000 euros, but only with the maintenance contract we have 30m euros in budgets. Somewhere they're done. 14 lutos we're finishing with 9m euros for 3 years running 27m euros, 57 was so in government and cash, 30m euros have been completed somewhere”, Durmish said.

On the other hand, he voiced confidence that these millions of euros have gone into the pockets of Sami Lushtak and Ramush Haradinaj.
