Dardan Krivaca is added to a new indictment, allegedly raping Marigona Osmani

According to the prosecution, Dardan Krivaca is also accused of criminal activity “Dhunim”, while Arber Sejdiu for help in carrying out criminal work “Dhunim”.

Also, according to the Prosecutor, for defendant Dardan Krivaca, there is the suspicion given that the same has committed criminal work “Dhuni” from Article 227 paragraph 4 submure 4.1 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). While defendant Arber Sejdiu has deliberately helped defendants Dardan Krivaca commit the criminal act of rape, with which he committed a criminal act of aid in carrying out neni's violation of 227 paragraph 4 subparagraph 4.1 concerning paragraph 1 and KPRK Article 33, the statement said.

At the end of the announcement, the prosecution has reportedly proposed that the defendants be found guilty of criminal acts and be punished by law.

Aktakuza over Marigona Osman's murder case

Ferizaj, June 28, 2022 The Foundation Procuror at Ferizaj, the Randa Crime Department, announces public opinion that it has filed charges against defendants Dardan Krivaca and Arber Sejdiu, who are in custody from August 2021, over the murder case of Marigona Osmani. According to the prosecution's indictment, dated August 22nd 2021, defendants Dardan Krivaca and Arber Sejdiu deliberately and in co-ordination now deprive the late Marigona Osmani of life, with what in co-ordination conduct the heavy murder “from Article 173 sub-paragraph 1.3, 1.4 and 1.7 concerning the 31st Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). Also, according to the prosecution, for defendant Dardan Krivaca, there is the suspicion that the same one has committed criminal work “Dhunmi” from Article 227 paragraph 4 subparagraph 4.1 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). While defendant Arber Sejdiu has deliberately helped defendants Dardan Krivaca commit the criminal act of rape, with what he committed a criminal act of aid in carrying out neni's violation of 227 paragraph 4 subparagraph 4.1 over paragraph 1 and Article 33 of KPRK. The Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the Court that after maintaining judicial review, management of their evidence and assessment, top defendants found guilty of criminal acts for which they are accused and sentenced by law.
