According to Tv Klan, citizen T. H., 58, resident of Berat, running the “-type Peugeot” vehicle has caused death and has left the site, citizen M. L., 45, resident of Tirana (a company employee dealing with road signals).
The vehicle leader was caught and escorted to the police premises.
The investigative group is working to clear up the accident circumstances.
