The Russian president was reportedly instructed by his doctors not to make any long public appearances.
It is said he was sick while conversing with his military chiefs and experienced “rash and dizzying” as he rose from his seat after a virtual 90-minute meeting.
The claims appeared on the SVR channel in Telegram, believed to be controlled by a relative to the Kremlin.
