Bislimi: We're close to the deal. In the North, there's only going to be electronicsever.

Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi has announced that they are close to the country's northern electricity agreement until he suggested there will be no additional operator for Elektrosever. Kosovo is a lot of finalisation of the agreement to start implementing energy users, aimed at setting the track to problems. [...]

Kosovo is a lot of finalisation for the start of implementation of energy devices, aimed at setting in line the supply and energy problems of four municipalities in the country's north. A problem that has been created, well kept and inherited away by all the governments so far”, Bislimi wrote.

Bislimi says that for any eventual agreement between Kosovo and Serbia on the energy issue, there will be no change in the wait beyond what has already been agreed on in Brussels in 2013 and 2015.

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq had declared 10 June that the energy agreement with Kosovo is on the road to completion. He said there has been negotiations on the issue with the Kosovar Power Distribution Company (KEDS).

Bislim also spoke of it. He says that in Kosovo's name, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo alone negotiates, therefore he says KEDS has negotiated only for certain guarantees.

The Kosovo government alone negotiates. The meeting between the KED and the Serbian pal, organised in Istanbul on June 9th, has had only the goal of providing guarantees for the four agreed services in 2015, the deployment of energy measures, the maintenance of the mats, the billing and the capture, and this obligation has been filed by”.

Bislimi has warned that the following days are critical for finalising the agreement on starting to implement energy users, with cases there may be disinformation campaigns aimed at damaging the process and maintaining the problem.

So I invite everyone to be more careful about accepting and distributing unconfirmed information. For any official development, we'll keep you informed”, he wrote. /Periscopi/
