Members of the “Open Balkans”, Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia will participate in the European Union Summit, held on June 23rd and 24th.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has just confirmed this.
“we will participate in the EU Council summit. There'll be a lot to hear from us, but we'll ask you to listen to the idea of a new European Political Community, which we support, for the “Open Balkans” which drives Europe's soul forward and on our robbery by Bulgaria, which destroys it”, Rama wrote.
