The decision was adopted today by the Council of Ministers and the money will be handed to the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in the budget approved for 2022.
Meanwhile, it is suggested that this fund is faced by the state budget reserve fund, approved for 2022.

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution, articles 5 and 45, of law No.9936, date 26.6.2008, “for management of the budget system in the Republic of Albania”, modified, and Article 14, of law No.115/2021, “For the budget of 2022”, changed, with the minister's proposal for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Council of Ministers
VANDOS:
Provided humanitarian financial assistance by the Republic of Albania's Council of Ministers for the Ukrainian government in the amount of 1,000,000 (a million) euros. The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in the budget approved for 2022, in the budget programme 01120 “diplomatic support abroad”, economic account 605, to add countervalues to the money of the 1,000,000 (a million) euro fund.
This fund is faced by the state budget reserve fund, approved for 2022.
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance and Economy are being loaded for implementing this decision. This decision goes into effect immediately and is published in “Official Font”.
