This situation has alarmed the opposition. The LDK will even propose resolution and parliamentary debate that is held next week, Klan Kosova reports.
These ideas are opposing power, which says these measures would only inherit business profits.
Finance Minister Iron Murati warned something else.
“We are working on a decision setting ceiling prices and maximum profit margins, because in such extraordinary situations, it is necessary that the Government intervenes in the market to stabilise the” prices, Murati wrote on Facebook.
Economist Meday Hashan, however, suggests giving up capital investments for a time, reviewing the budget and focusing it on subsidies.
The May inflation was the highest since July 2008, when the rate had reached 14.1%.
