In his late-night daily speech, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appealed to citizens that “strictly enforce the rules of public order and curfew” in their communities.
I ask all our citizens especially these days not to ignore the sirens of the air strike. Please, this is your life, the life of your children”, he said.
Residents are also barred from visiting forests on former occupied territory because “a major threat of mines and wire mines left behind the Russian Army remains there”, reports the BBC, broadcasts Kosovo.
“Make sure to respect ban”, Zelensky told Ukrainians.
