Zelensky: Donbas will be ours again

Donbas will again be Ukraine's” Thus stated Ukraine's president, Volodyr Zelensky, during a speech Friday evening.

He has praised the situation in Donbas as very difficult, referring to the significant increase in Russian attacks in that region of Ukraine.

“We must increase our defence, increase our resistance, and Donbas will again be Ukraine's, we will rebuild every city, every community. There is no other option”, he stressed.

A day earlier, Volodyr Zelensky, has accused Moscow of genocide in Donbas. The current invasion of the Donbas can make the region uninhabited. They want to burn and make pupina, Bakhmut, Lüman, Lysychansk and Severodonnetsk hi, like Volnovakha, like Mariuli”, Zelensky said.

In cities closer to the Russian border of Donetsk and Luhansk, Russian forces “gather all those who can fill the location of the slain and wounded in the invading contingent”, he added.
