What did Vuchy's Kurt, who meet in Berlin, agree to?

For the first time, since it started about 12 years ago, the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process, a high-level meeting between the two countries, with EU mediation, will be held outside Brussels. However, this is not unique. The question is what Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti agreed to and [...]
The question is what have Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq, agreed to, now that they meet in Berlin?
The answer to such a question would have to be provided by European Union officials if they were to refer to Miroslav Lajcak's statement, the EU's special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process.
The Slovak diplomat, now working on the EU's account, in an interview given for Radio “Free Europe”, published on March 23rd of this year, had warned a third meeting of this level, but which, according to him, would happen after the parties agree on something.

The title of this long interview is: “Lajcak: Kurt and Vuchy will meet when they agree to something”
At that point Lajcak was quoted as saying that the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia has not stalled, but according to him, “is being developed mainly at the level of chief negotiators”.
Lajcak in this interview claims that the meetings of the officials are taking place to prepare the third meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
In the question that:- What point of this mandate do you have which expires in August can you imagine another meeting between Kurti and Vuciqi in Brussels?”, Lajcak had given clear answers.
“ ...We had them here twice. For the third meeting, we wanted to make sure we made something. That's what people expect. Dialogue has no alternative. This thing is very clear...”, Lajcak says in this interview.

Now, the third meeting between Prime Minister Kurti and President Vuciq is scheduled to be held tomorrow (4 May) in Berlin.
That's why, RTKlive. com has sent questions to the EU, spokespersons of the Office of the High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security, Joseph Borrell, who is in common for the activities of the EU's special envoy for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
The question, addressed by RTKlive. com for spokesman Peter Stano of Zoe Muletier, referring to Lajcak's statement in the interview given for Radio “Free Europe” on 23 March that:“What Kurti and Vucinch agreed to, which has been made possible to hold the third meeting between them”, however, received no answer.
The questions raised on Friday, April 29 did not answer even after four days until this article was published.
However, on Wednesday, Vuciq's Kurti will meet first separately with German Chancellor Olaf Schelz, and later at an official dinner, they will have a joint meeting with Miroslav Lajcak, the EU's special envoy for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
What is certain is that the meeting will be held, but if Prime Minister Kurti and President Vuciq have agreed on something, it remains to be seen. / RTK
