The move is in line with <x0nd think tank of international humanitarian law”, according to Volodyr Lyamzin, head of Ukraine's civil-military co-operation.

Several refrigerator trains are reportedly stationed in other parts of the country.
Ukraine claims to have killed about 20,000 Russian troops. Russia has not updated its death toll since March 25th, when it accepted a thousand and 351 deaths.
