Tahiri said the establishment of this Commission is a constitutional right to shit legal of the opposition.
The current two-month opposition party at the request of the PDK parliamentary group is trying to establish a Parliamentary Investigative Commission that would investigate all transactions, raise electricity prices and spend over 125m euros over these three months. So this is a right of our constitutionals, a right of ours which also guarantees to us the Law on Parliamentary Investment”, he said.
According to the PDK deputy, parliamentary investigation is the only instrument of opposition exercising control of the government and majority.
Parliamentary “Prognition is the only instrument of opposition exercising control over the majority and the Government of Kosovo. So today as the initiative of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission to investigate the energy crisis, we also seek the support of other parliamentary groups not to continue with this session. It's also called on without the opposition's agreement”, he said.
Furthermore, he said that unless this Commission is established sessions should not be held.
