Supportary staff of nurses and doctors recruited at the time of the Padred-19, in June the job contract is concluded, but they still do not know of their fate whether they will go on as part of the clinics and hospitals where they are working or not.

Leonora Raci, now nine months old working as a nurse at the Infectious Clinic for Kosova Prees, shows that on June 5th of this year, she expires her job contract with regard to the Ministry of Health.

Although only two more weeks have remained on that date, Raci says that she and 20 other nurses who are engaged in this clinic do not know whether they will continue working or not.

According to this young career nurse, as much as she needs for this job, even more for these health professionals is the Infectious Clinic.

I and a lot of other nurses have been engaged in intensive care where we have been after that time because we've been new healthcare workers we've had a lot of trouble but we've been able to... On June 5th, we're out of contracts, and as far as this case goes, we don't get any information about whether we're going to be cut off or continued, we don't have any information even though we're still working on that date, now let's see if we get any information or not. . For us as health workers who are young as if I need normal jobs, even though in the Infectious Clinic the number of nurses working is very few, two nurses somewhere for about 7.8 to 10 patients to 15 go. As long as we were in this situation was more stable, but once we had our contracts cut off, then I don't know how it's going to work”.

The need for this support staff is also revealed by the Oda of the Kosovo Nurses.

OIC Director Nasser Rrustemi says that at every clinic where these health professionals acted, they need their work.

According to him, if these doctors and nurses are cut off, the patient will suffer.

These guys really helped us, they did a great job, they helped us up to this point of talk. They have a contract of 15 according to the information they have and we're looking for it. I'm talking like Ode to keep the contract on, because he needs it not only. QKUUK or a clinic, but all QKUK clinics but even regional hospitals and the QKMF and all primary care because it's a very large number of them who really do excellent work in the service of patients... 01.2 2 If they don't have contracts to continue really each clinic will also remain badly and normally that the patient will also suffer because we nurses are for patients and their service”, Rrustemi said.

Even from the University Clinical Hospital Service in Kosovo say of Kosova Prees, that the need for health personnel at all clinics, but even general hospitals, is great, so they consider the staff who engaged during the pandemic to continue working.

“Kosovo Hospital Clinical and University Service for staff engaged by the ministry, it is reported that they have done good work and the needs for QKUK clinics and general hospitals are great, so they are necessary even further to perform health services for patients”, said the ShSCUK letter.

Besides clinics many of the doctors and nurses who were engaged by the MS during the pandemic were also part of anti-inoculation. - CO VID through Kosovo municipalities.

Agron Memeti, task manager at the Main Medical Center. Family in Skenderaj, says they have already addressed two requests to the Ministry of Health that health professionals who were engaged in this municipality to continue the work contract, as even the current regular staff is at a very late age.

In his view, compared with the vaccine against COVID-19, also engaged in providing other services to patients.

Now we've made two requests for the Ministry of Health that the contract expired right now in June with the opportunity to continue new contracts because not only for the pandemic, but also for the management of vaccine against COVID, but even general vaccines have been extremely necessary and useful to us... . Their contract was just for vaccine against COVIED has also had to run tests here, but because of other major needs have been at all services in that emergency, family medicine service, laboratory, gythagin, may often have been charged with the vaccination work that these nurses and doctors use for other services... these doctors and nurses are doable now for other services that we're already used to, and we'll have a lot of difficulty without them, so we hope that the ministry for the sake of health service where you need to continue the contracts, we always have a cause for the number of personnel that are already retired, and that these doctors are already advanced, and that's going to be able to do so without them, and that's where they're able to do it're able to be, and that're able to do it've started.

And the related Health Ministry say they are constantly considering the possibilities of the health workers' system.

The ongoing Ministry of Health “is reviewing the possibility of systeming health workers, or support staff employed during the COVID pandemic 19”, said the MSH adviser's response, Joy Bekij.

More than a thousand and 200 health professionals from September engaged in pandemic management, but have consistently expressed trouble for not paying regulars.
