Vrenese was sentenced for her work in Prizren municipality as construction inspector, writes Periscopi.

And this sentence is surprising to the MP's attorney. Wrenez, Urim Vokshini.

He in a proposal for Periscope said the deputy in question Mrs. Vrenese had all actions at the time in accordance with the law.

Vokshini said that after this decision they would file complaints at the Court of Appeals.

“The Constitutional Court in Prizren today has announced the verdict, with which it has pleaded guilty, Jethmire Vrenesey, I as a defence attorney are unhappy with the court's decision because in concrete cases, there is no criminal offense at any given time that could plead guilty to the conclusion, which is strange in concrete cases because its actions have been in accordance with the law. That's why I'm surprised at the decision. We're going to file a complaint at the Court of Appeals, where I believe the court will file a complaint against”

Asked whether I should resign the MP in question after the decision, the defence attorney said the lady is in question responding to actions taken as then inspector rather than deputy.

“This ruling of the Prizren court is not powerful, we remain to see what the Court of Appeals decides, but important to clarify that the verdict in question is in another way of time, where it will respond to its actions as inspector and not to its duties as MP.”, Vokshin told Periskopi.

Charged J.V., in the quality of the construction inspector given that they have no right to bring down the damaged object, since it is contrary to the MMPH decision of 27.08.2018, in addition to inspections conducted at the facility, accused.

J.V., draw conclusions on the collapse of the “object, Abbi Carshia” property of “Abi” Sh.P.K., no. .... By the 15th,07th,2019.

So the accused, on the 1907.2019 basis, with their active participation, realise the crash of the object “Abi Charshiza” knowing that the injured have submitted the legalisation application, act contrary to Law No. 06/L024, for handling construction without permission, and that's Article 6 and 11, par. 6 contrary to Article 5.6 and 7 of Administration Number. 06/19, dated 12.07.2019, the Law on General Administraction, as well as decisions by the Ministry of Environment and Space Planning No. A213/18 as well as A-179/19, with which the Communist Inspectors Directorate' decisions in Prizren No. No. .................., by forcing the Communists in Prizren to act on the law on the treatment of illegal construction, as well as administrative guidelines in power, so the accused by ignoring decisions of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning are at odds with the laws in power, by what means during the collapses cause damage.

With that in co-ordination, they committed criminal abuse of official position or authority by Article 1414 pars. 1-1 related to Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code.

So the Court, in terms of the Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure, the accused of JYKON:

I.T., our sentence of GJOB in the amount of 2,000 (two thousand) euros, and our sentence of BURGIM in length of three (3) years
