Border Police services in Morina announced they stopped citizens E. K., 19, as he was trying to cross the border to Kosovo, it resulted in a search by the Vlora Police Local Directorate, suspected of carrying out criminal work “sexual or homosexual relations with minors aged 14-18.
Police say they have filed a 15-year-old citizen resident in Vlora against him, accusing him of having had sex with violence.
