K The ESCO reports consumers that it has accepted Friday evening from ZRRE the decision to postpone the execution of the ZERE's decision on Electric Energy Tarifa received on February 8th, 2022.
But this decision that has been sent by the regulator has uncertainty about how we should act as operators. To avoid misunderstandings that could potentially affect consumers, we have requested clarification from the ZERE.
Once we get an answer and a clarification from the regulator on how to act, we'll follow the guidelines as a whole.
Despite the development in this process that has come as a result of the tribunal's recent decision and the expected instructions we will receive as operators from the ERE, we want to ensure consumers who will not be harmed under any circumstances.
Any process, which will be based entirely on ZERE guidelines, will be transparent and will be explained in detail to consumers.
K E SCO has always been on the consumer side. This has been witnessed in practice recently, when we had voluntarily expanded the spending threshold so that fewer consumers could be affected by new tariffs during February, covering the threshold expenses for a portion of them.
Based on the decisions of competent bodies, we as executive companies will act responsibly as we did under any circumstances.
We remain committed to doing our best for customers, even in this difficult time.
