SBASKU writes to Arberie Nagavci: On 12 May strike, we do not rule out even more radical actions

SBASKU has sent official paperwork to Education Minister Arberie Nagavci announcing the one-hour warning strike of May 12th, but also for other actions far more radical, not excluding the general strike in the entire education sector if the executive continues to silence their legitimate demands. SBASK says government, [...]
The SBASK says that the government, even after promises that there will be content dialogue, has not taken a concrete step, so it has decided to hold a warning strike throughout the education sector, from nests to universities, not excluding even more radical actions after that date.
In this letter, The SBASK has reiterated the requirements for the Government to continue with an additional salary of 100 euros per month until the implementation of the salary Law in which the law is required to take into account SBASK's proposals, start implementing the Law on Health Insurance, completing the law on state-funded pension schemes, No.04/L-131 Law, especially to be changed to Article 8, paragraph 1 and 1.3, called in the 1983 pension safety law, which requires that there be contributions to 15 years before the 1993 pension scheme, and that will be reduced to the UN-based negotiating table with the UN government's resolution.
The SBASK invites Nagavci for engagement and meetings with its representatives to debate on all these issues, to inform him of the May 20th protest and to jointly engage in finding the acceptable solution to the issues raised.
The SBASK appeals to all membership to make the necessary preparations for mass participation in the May 20th protest, along with unionists from other BSPK member unions, wishing the Government would provide acceptable solutions to their demands, which they consider legitimate and not need to start with the general strike throughout the education sector.
