In Marioupol, which appears to be on the verge of falling after the battle with a months-long siege, Russian soldiers are blocking units at the Azovstal steel factory, according to an update from Ukraine's General Staff of Armed Forces.
They add that Russian forces are also attacking in Donestsk and continue to bomb the Chernihiv and Sumy border areas.
