Russia announces granting a Montenegrin diplomat

Montenegro's “Ambassador to Russia, Milorad Scepanovic, has been invited to the meeting by the Foreign Ministry on 31 May and has handed over to an announcement that an embassy employee has been declared unwanted person”, was said in the statement.
Russia said it received in response to Montenegro's groundless “decision”, which on 7 April expelled some diplomats from the Russian Embassy in Podgorica and declared them unwanted.
Montenegro has expelled four Russian diplomats in April. This state has also imposed sanctions on Russia due to military aggression against Ukraine.
Of the Western Balkan region's states, only Serbia has not imposed sanctions on Moscow, saying that by this move it is guarding the state's “vital interests”. / REL
