Prime Minister Kurti has good reason to be in Berlin today. These days it's how you finally realize that the dialogue was and remains his first priority, neither fourth nor seventh. In this, all of us have to have understanding about these meetings, so there's no room for the administrative player how much the tickets cost, how much the hotel cost, and whether there was reason to travel.
On the other hand, President Osman today left for Panama, Latin America (or Middle - American), detail. The reason is the inauguration of a Mother Teresa bust and joint participation with Panama's foreign minister in a Forum.
Is that a reason? Travel to the edge of the world for a inauguration and participation at a forum? Here it seems right to be asking questions about how much tickets the hotel cost? )
Osman's visit to Panama constitutes the pure definition of diplomatic juncture. Panama is an important place, of course, but not that much for us. It is a commercial and financial knot for that part of the world, but not for us too. In short, maintaining relations with countries like Panama should be seen as useful but not costly, especially in the conditions of the major economic, financial and budgetary crisis, which they are saying will be heavier since World War II.

Kurt will be invited more and more often, but the desire for it will be less and less. Ousmane will be invited less and less, but the desire will be many more. So much so that he will run up the stairs to the plane for just any participation in a forum in Panama.
Kurt and Osman's priorities are being clarified as they should and, as they requested. The first will take on more responsibility than he can carry; the second will try to reduce his few responsibilities.
The more it turns out there is no escape from Dialogue and Agreement, the more those differences will be highlighted. So one of the ways Osman showed Kurt the loneliness he's facing in this process is this. The amount of trips, statements and posts will be the same, but not the responsibility.
However, this is not investigated by the ordinary citizen who understands the importance only through quantity. Therefore, in his eyes, Kurti-Osmani's dedication is equally committed to bringing Kosovo forward.
However, the truth turns out to be that one will have the full responsibility, the other having the minimum.
Moreover, in the coming weeks and months, we must expect Osman to develop the opposite disks with Kurti about Dialogue.
Minimum responsibilities will also reflect minimal support. Every day and less, Osman will talk about Dialog, Association, Decani Monastery properties or constitutional violations of the education minister. Every day more and more, the citizen will see President Osmani attend a forum through Panama, Kostarika, Abu Dhabi or Lichtenstein. Is this how the division of jobs and responsibilities of charismatic leaders has been seen? VV-List GUXO, February 14th?
Tonight, Kurt is in Berlin, Alexanderplatz, dinner with Vuchy. Meanwhile, President Osmani will land in Panama City for a inauguration and a forum. Life, life...
