Pal Lekaj declared innocent of 53 million

Former Lekaj Councilman Eset Berisha has said that Sė has fully understood the indictment because, as he has said, the Special Prosecutor of Séçe has specified that the article in which regulations or law has violated him for overstepping his competencies as adviser. For the rest of the indictment, he was declared innocent.
Even former MI Procuration Director Besim Tahiri has been declared innocent.
