Opposition seeks ZRE Board's dismissal, but the same is not seeking position

The Democratic League of Kosovo expects the Commission for Economy to initiate the dismissal of the Board of Electric Energy Regulatory Office, until from this institution the Democratic Party of Kosovo but wants to not create uncertainty in KESCO for the oil of electricity. That is how the chiefs of both [...] informed them after the gathering of the headship.
So the chiefs of both opposition parliamentary groups announced after the chairmanship's meeting until it was decided that this Thursday the session will be held with unfinished points.
The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo parliamentary group, Arben Gashi, said the energy crisis is extremely deep and is expected to deepen.
“The LDK has stated that it will review the possibilities of taking initiatives to sack the Electric Energy Regulatory Office due to lack of ability to manage the power crisis... It's an extremely serious situation, and we expect that (borde) ZRE to be dismissed because it is inept, violated trust or obligations that the law says to it, and because it has led to malpractice and other institutions, and because these decisions have made are illegal decisions and at the expense of Kosovo citizens, for all of these reasons we expect that today the respective (economic) Commission to recommend the dismissal, if it does not recommend it, we will see other ways to act<x1, he stressed.
The head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo parliamentary group, Abelard Tahiri, asked the ZRE to respect the Appeals Court's decision to suspend electricity tariffs.
He even demanded that the Electric Energy Regulatory Office be clear and that it not create uncertainty about the power of the electricity.
And what's worrying is that we already read news that KESCO has a vagueness from the ZRE to talift Kosovo's electricity following the Court of Appeals' decision in our country, I think that here the ZRE should stop any trend that seems to have clearly not been respected. They have already said that they will respect the Court of Appeals' decision to suspend expensive electricity tariffs, but it has not properly provided proper clarity and instruction to the KESCO for the appointment of Kosovo citizens. The Appeals Court's decision is very clear, so the Court of Appeals has suspended the expensive power tax in our country this is a decision that should be respected, the ZRE must make clear in its decision and its instructions that KESCO in this case fatifies citizens to become low-rates like it was before raising the electricity price before February”, Tahiri stressed.
On the other hand, Vetevendosje Movement MP Armend Muja said that the opposition by its reckless actions is leading the country towards an energy collapse.
“The demand base is irrational, the opposition has had a request for the dismissal of the ZRE board is in the continuation of their tradition that any board they don't fit to download. I believe that what I see is an attempt by the opposition to have full coordination, to be unable or to place Kosovo in an energy collapse and with their reckless actions I think they're leading to that decision. The opposition should keep in mind that these efforts to block the solution to a problem from their past decision-making I believe are reckless, but according to all international reports Kosovo is known for good management of the energy crisis”, Muja stressed.
The Appeals Court has confirmed the Constitutional Court's decision to postpone the verdict on expensive new electricity tariffs approved by Z. THREE, until the court decides with the final court ruling.
As a consequence of the created situation, the ZERE Board, on May 20th, at the extraordinary session, made the decision in which the execution of the decision on expensive electricity is delayed. New energy tariffs began applying on 9 February of this year.
