In fact, since the decision was made, we have carefully analyzed the decision from all aspects of respect for human rights. In this direction so far, we have requested additional information, comparing ZRE's decision with the European countries' but also world practices”'s decision, Celay told Klan Kosova.
He said that, from these findings, it has resulted that the ZRE's decision is involved with legal violations of such nature that for the ombudsman presents serious violations of human rights.
