Memli Krasniqi presents the Cabinet for Good Governance

Chairman The PDK, which will at the same time be the leader of the Cabinet for Good Governance, Memli Krasniqi, through videoreading said the CEC is an alternative political platform in the face of current ill-governance.

“The Democratic Party of Kosovo has a great and significant heritage in national projects of freedom, independence and state-building, while from today, with a new spirit and future vision, we are continuing on a new and extremely important path to the country and citizens, that of hope and perspective.” has said Krasniqi.

Further, the leader of The PDK has added that in a political climate when challenges are strong and governance is weak, when democracy is jeopardising and the future is becoming uncertain, and when citizens' well-being is seriously hurt by a falling economy, The PDK has decided to respond with an appropriate platform and with a new political vision based on knowledge and competence.

The <x0 Days of Depressive Government must end, so we see it necessary that citizens offer them a new perspective and a steadfast commitment to the future that we must build together. For this much needed and significant vision, the Democratic Party is establishing the Good Governance Cabinet, which will reveal the alternative policies of government that today lack Kosovo, and it needs it more than ever. Through this Cabinet, we will extend to the citizens the vision and model of future governance that will be led by the PDK.”, added to the leader of PDK.

Krasniqi stressed that for more than two years the PDK has remained dignified as the leader of the opposition in the face of ill-governance, inability and degradation of the institutional sphere from the current power, raising the topic, exposing abuse of power, demanding accountability from power, which, not only has Sovina fulfilled the electoral promises, but inflammed Kosovo's developmental perspective.

This Government has lost every possible moment to do something good and significant for Kosovo. But Kosovo is our common homeland and its future as we dream about it and deserve it as citizens is a mission that will force us all, regardless of the responsibilities we have today and we have tomorrow. From today, therefore, our efforts are added to the Good Governance Cabinet, which comes as a political platform that confronts ill - rule and comes to the side of citizens. As an alternative that will correct current governance and offer the vision of future governance. The cabinet for Good Government will have 15 departments and five key priorities. Transforming, Digital and Green Economy; Public Order and Citizen Security; Culture, Human Competition Capital; Quality Health, as well as Active Diplomacy and InterAlbanian Co-operation.

Krasniqi said these departments would be guided by relevant co-ordinators and would include competent human profiles, with academic and political and managerial training and experience, ready and willing to provide knowledge and commitment to citizens.

In the coming days, I will present these teams, which will consist not only of personalities and officials from the PDK ranks, but also of experts and quartdro who are joining us in this joint project, to jointly build vision for the future of Kosovo we want. ”, Chairman Krasniqi said.

To extend the economic and developmental vision of the PDK, the CEC will offer concrete policies and alternatives through these departments: Economy, Trade, and Repurchaser; Green agenda; Digital transformation and innovation; Public Work and Capital Investment; Agriculture and Rural Development; and Finance.

The PDK's alternative perspective in the field of defence, national security, order and law will develop: Department of Justice; Department of Internal Affairs, Public Administration and Local Governance as well as Department of Defence and Homeland Security.

The Department for Education, Science and Human Capital, as well as the Department for Culture, Sports and Tourism, will develop governing policies with concrete plans and measures to increase youth potential and make them competitive in the labour market.

The good and sound Kosovo alternative, within the CEC, will develop the Department for Health and Department for Social Care.

For an integrated Kosovo in Euro-Atlantic structures, NATO and EU members, The CEC will offer its vision through the Department of Foreign Affairs and the European Aegean; and the Department for Magyar and Inter-Albanian Co-operation.

This path is starting today The PDK with the cabinet for Good Government will continue with our joint engagement days and weeks ahead even outside the PDK structure, in open discussions with the country's citizens.”, Krasniqi said.

And so, The PDK will soon launch the new political platform “Dialog with Kosovo”.

The “so that our ruling options are not only manifestation of competence, knowledge and political will, but also be inclusive, open and in line with citizens' expectations, as head of the country. He urged citizens' support on this new PDK path to restore Kosovo's perspective.
