The two massacres, Lavrov has called “scheme the same”, which according to him are prepared.
Lavrov, in an interview for Sputnik, also broadcast by B92, has spoken of the Recak massacre, which was witnessed by OSCE head William Walker.
However, according to Lavrov, it has been found that the bodies of massacred in Recak were not civilians but militants whose clothes had been changed for the appearance of civilians.
The same thing has been done on April 23rd in Bucha, near Kiev. It's the same scheme. The function, no matter what, convinces someone or not. They didn't have to convince anyone. They bombed Yugoslavia and proclaimed Kosovo independent, violating all OSCE principles. They just said, "That's what it's going to be”," said the Russian top diplomat.
Such statements have been heard before by Serbian officials, who deny the massacres committed in Kosovo during Slobodan Milosevic's regime between 1998-99.
