Kumanovo Group Want extradition to Kosovo

Albanians who are serving the sentence handed down by Macedonian institutions, known as “Group Kumanovo”, want to be extradited to Kosovo but not divided. One of them has no Kosovo citizenship for what extradition to Kosovo is impossible. They're asking for institutions to allow such a thing even though lawyers [...]
They suffer long-term sentences in northern Macedonia prisons, but for the purpose of moving to Kosovo.
But, although the transfer demand has been made, at least one member of this group is expected to face problems to return to Kosovo.
This, since Enver Hoxha, known as Klein, seems to have rejected the Kosovo Republic's quest for citizenship.
That is what members of this group who have launched a letter to the heads of institutions in Kosovo have stated themselves.
“We, Enver Hoxha Klein's associates, insistently seek adequate answers to Kosovo's refusal of State for Enver. Enver is disabled in the Liberation Army War, or the 138 Brigade fighter Dawn Ramadan. Enver was seriously injured in the Hive Battle. Enver left all the favors he had in Germany and was listed in the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army”, the Kumanovo group said.
News that this request has been cancelled, according to the Qumanova group has spoken verbally. For what they want more details.
“Zj. Gervala, from the ministry you led through the Kosovo Embassy's representative in Skopje, Enver has conveyed oral news by a representative that he has refused Kosovo's citizenship. No official letter has yet been reached by the Kosovo Embassy that citizenship has been rejected. We, Mrs. The drill requires you and all relevant institutions to reconsider Enver Hoxhaj Klein”'s request, the Kumanovo Group has added.
Television has been directed to all institutions in which the Kumanovo Group has sent this letter, which are the Presidency, Government, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but they have not returned.
In the meantime, law - connoisseurs give the right to reject that requirement.
“To gain Kosovo citizenship requires some evidence, if there are any precedents, any open files or if the person is not wanted by Interpol or Europol. The Kumanovo group has a formal form bias and, of course, those with criminal precedents cannot be citizens of Kosovo unless they meet the constitutional criteria”, Anton Ndecaj, a lawyer, said.
In contrast, in 2017 the Constitutional Court of Skopje has sentenced members of the Kumanovo group, accused of terrorism in Kumanovo between May 9th and May 10, 2015, to a total of 746 years. /Portal D
