Kosovo Customs and Police Action in the North, Gunshots Heard

Kosovo sources report that this action is aimed at fighting smuggling of goods and tax evasion.

Kosovo's “Dogana and police have been interviewed today at an facility in the village of Rajtice in the Zvecan municipality, in which it is allegedly fully stocked by Serbia”, sources have said.

The owner of this facility is Sinisa Nedelkovic, once owner of the house of goods “Metal” in Zvecan, where other things sell white technique, various equipment and construction materials.

Gunshots have also been heard during the action and are unknown if there are detainees.

The action is continuing even while reporting.
