Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti gathered their cabinets in November last year in Elbasan.
Among the many agreements reached by both countries' governments also agreed on the creation of a unified Abbeta for students from south to north of both Albanian - speaking states.
We're going to need a quality job to make a sacred secular book for all Albanians to remain as a valuable object in all libraries that as a child receive as a precious book to learn and remember. To make a book that and from the point of view of the object”, Rama said on November 26th.
Six months later, it is still not known whether the book for the first classes is ready after the Kosovo Education Ministry has so far found nothing on the national project that the winner was meant to be declared in June.
Details Keeping Secret by the Ministry of Education
The Dikaster of Arberie Nagavci, Kosovo's minister, has not indicated on what date the winner of the competition for “The only joint-Abbeast province” will be announced.
The ministry of Albin Kurti's minister has not shown how many publishing houses have competed for the project in question, what the value of the same is, and how many years the contract will be binding.
The education minister's office has not even revealed how the winning company's selection will take place, and what are the criteria it will have to meet the winner.
Details have not been indicated even on whether companies from Kosovo have the right to compete in the Ministry of Education in Albania, or the opposite, and whether a single winner will be declared for both states- or a publishing house will be proclaimed winner by Kosovo and another from Albania.
For all of this, the Ministry of Education has announced neither the competitive operators nor the time when reviews of the reactors will be opened, which according to the competition are set to be five from Kosovo, and five from Albania.
The latter were chosen earlier in Albania, according to a draw, which according to participants has been transparent. The Kosovo Ministry of Education has not indicated on the grounds that the criteria have been chosen the same, despite questions sent out.
The same day, it was only told by mouth, and not in writing that handing over material would be until May 30, at 12: 00 p.m.
Work has since remained at the Kosovo-Albania Joint Praise Commission, which has the power to announce the winner of the only Albanian Abbare.
But, as the Insander newspaper has learned, this can only happen after detectives from Albania and Kosovo swim at points with three Abeers submitted by applicant consortiums.
The names of the two ministries' evaluation commission members

What happened to the 2012 Common Abester?
In 2012, at a holiday ceremony in Prizren, the two prime ministers of the day -- Albania's Sali Berisha and Kosovo's Hashim Thaci -- promoted a unified abbey. As now, the purpose of this abc for children was to be taught as the only text by students in the first class of both countries.
On November 17th that year, former Prime Minister Berisha called the promotion of the Joint Abetar as the most important historic moment of the Albanian nation.
Former Prime Minister Thaci, too, had said that the joint faithful is the most important and fundamental book of Albanian-language culture and education. The creation of the joint Abeer he has called <x0 historical achievement”.
“Today is a historic day for the Albanian nation, culture and civilisation. Today we are presenting for the first time the Albanian Joint Abeer, for the first time in the history of the Albanian nation. This is a historic achievement. It is the first joint statue of co-authors from Albania and Kosovo”, Thaci had said.

He had stressed that the promotion of the Joint Abetar had taken place not by chance in the city of Prizren, calling the latter the spiritual capital of Albanians.
Winning Text for Common Albania Kosovo was chosen April 24, 2012.
This Aberian has four co-authors -- Shezai Rokjan and Mimoza Gjokutay from Albania -- as well as Islam Krasniqi and Saranda Kumonova-Pozeg from Kosovo.
This text is published by a Kosovo publishing house and a publishing house of Albania.
The joint engagement was realised at the initiative of two ministries of education -- Albania and Kosovo -- which will also continue with regard to the unification of other textbooks.
Then Minister of Education in Kosovo Rame Bouja had said he has “firm confidence that (Abetar) will live during”.
When we started, it wasn't easy for me or the Minister Tafaj or those who eventually dealt with the matter. There were even those who felt that it was not done - that it was impossible. But, the support of prime ministers Berisha and Thaci made us unaware of the” barriers, he had said.
