Ilir Meta risks being taken over by SPAK, does not justify 600 thousand US U.S. lobbies

The CEC's report on LSI's spending on lobbies and consultations in 2017 declared two contracts worth 1.9 million and 1.4 million dollars, and that money does not justify them with legitimate resources. Several documents published in the media confirm the authenticity of the article published several days ago by the Austrian newspaper “ronen Zeitung”, which denounced Ilir Meta and the LSI that it paid 700 thousand USD for lobby in the United States for a photo at American President Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony in 2017. Documents handed over to American authorities severely compromise Ilir Meta and ISI. The contracts confirm that Ilir Meta, early in 2017, paid about $700, at McKion Group. $90,000 has been paid by lawyer Iraklis Fidetzis, and another 600 thousand more from Fidetzis again, but through the company “Dorelia Limited”, registered as offline in Cyprus.
The contract envisioned providing an invitation to Ilir Meta as participants in the inauguration of Donald Trump, organising meetings with US lawmakers and other directors of the US administration in Washington during the ceremony, and after January 20, 2017, development and promotion of good relations with Donald Trump's new administration and the American Congress. The company would receive between 15 thousand euros a month. This contract was terminated on February 14th 2017, due to unclear reasons. But, Ilir Meta and ISI have signed a second contract on March 24, 2017, with the company.
“Dorelia Limited”, for lobeing and dating. According to the investigation, the company would receive 50,000 euros per month. The Dorelita company is charged with other expenses of the lobby company, such as trips, hotels, lunches, and dinners that are arranged in order to implement the signed contract. In total, along with these costs, the Dorelita company paid about $600,000 for McKion Group.
But where did Ilir Meta get the money to make payments in January-February 2017 for McKeon Group and 600 thousand euros for the company “Dorelia Limited”? Has Meta declared this money to the Central Election Commission or to the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Property Control? The answer to these two questions could lead Ilir Meta to the SPAK door. Contrary to what the U.S. documents show, in its annual financial report for 2017, delivered to the Central Election Commission, the LSI has reported spending on consultancy and lobbies at 3.3 million dollars.
Concretically, the LSI has declared consultancy spending in the CEC at 1,414,465 dollars with the company. JPM Strategic Solution LLc USA. Also, the Socialist Movement for Integration Party has stated in the financial report consultancy services with M Company. CKION GROUP, worth 1,942,500. The Central Election Commission, through a report, has found that the LSI does not justify with legitimate sources of income from the second contract, the one with the M Company. CKION GROUP, worth $1.9 million.
The CEC has verified only two contracts declared at 3.3 million dollars. It remains to be seen whether the SPAK will be put in motion after publishing documents for Ilir Meta's hundreds of thousands of euros in US lobbiing spending, before which the source is unknown and has never been declared in any legal bodies in Albania. /Albanian. com
