For this reason, Pristina's main square has been blocked for citizens, while on some roads traffic has been diverted.
Meanwhile, roads in Pristina have been decorated with Montenegrin and Kosovo state flags, while RTK will make the direct broadcast of the ceremony.
According to the agenda, Djukanovic will meet with the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, reports RTKlive.
A press conference is expected to take place after the meeting. Previously, it was reported that there was a meeting with Prime Minister Kurti on the agenda, but the same is on an official visit to America.
