COSTT High Official Dies

The same man had passed away on Sunday.

In a communiqué by COST, Gjonbalaj was said to be a professional of high principles, committed and persistent in advancing COST in international mechanisms, he was one of the key people in achieving the independence of Kosovo's Electronic System from Serbia.

“Skernder Gjonbalaj was also board members at the International Co-ordination Authority Office in South East Europe- SE E CAO as well as the Albanian Energy Stock Exchange ALPEX”, says COSTT Facebook report.

“COMM STT and the energy sector were left without a higher level professional, without a man of precious virtues, and family and colleagues were left without a loved one. Goodbye, Weekend, you will always remain in our memories”
