The Austrian minister has indicated that the time has come for Kosovo to eventually remove the visa regime.
I hope for rapid progress on practical issues related to citizens in both states in order to increase mutual trust. Kosovo is the only state without visa liberalisation in the Western Balkans. Kosovo has outlined all 95 criteria for visa liberalisation, and the European Union parliament has consistently spoken in favour of visa liberalisation.
