Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine needs $7 billion a month to recover the economic losses caused by the Russian invasion.
Zelensky, when addressing a World Bank forum on April 21st, said the international community should immediately remove Russia from international financial institutions.
He also called on all states to disrupt reports with Moscow.
Western states have simply imposed a series of restrictions on Russia's financial sectors and other sanctions on the Russian economy.
Ukrainian president also said Russian blockades at Black Sea ports have blocked Ukrainian exports, affecting world food safety.
Russia has begun its invasion of Ukraine on February 24th. It recently focused east and south of Ukraine, along the Black Sea coast.
Ukraine is a leading global grain producer and exporter, and almost all its exports are traditionally transported from its Black Sea ports. Before the war, monthly grain exports exceeded 5 million tons.
