However, accused Ferid Agan has had remarks on expertise, saying the expert's task has been to determine whether there has been overcoming the amount of executive board decisions on the part of the party, so ask the question of what the discussions mean for specific locations.

Meanwhile, the defender of the accused Saban, lawyer Skender Moussa, has first handed over to the judge, prosecutor and expert a file of evidence to continue with questions to the financial expert.

As to whether he is aware of 38 cases specified in expertise, 31 of them were emergency cases, expert Blakaj has said he does not know the exact number but that even emergency cases according to him do not give him the right to pass the 70% rate.

He says he didn't see if there was a file that wasn't signed by Secretary Saban, but that lawyer Musa addressed that “in the evidence I handed over today you have nine cases in which they are not signed by Gani Shabani”.

The expert also said that there was no evidence in the file proving otherwise, in cases mentioned by lawyer Musa that in table 7, the expert has recorded 25 cases that have exceeded the actual amount of MPMS, receiving social aid, 6 disabled war, 2 veterans, 1 members of the blind association, 1 detained, 1 treatment in Germany and 28 cases.

Under these circumstances, lawyer Musa has proposed that a review of expertise or the fulfillment of the evidence they have submitted during today's session, applying to be equipped with external audit reports.

This proposal was backed by lawyer Vokshi and was not rejected by Prosecutor Shamlli, but was approved by the court led by Judge Kujtim Krasniqi.

So the next session was scheduled for June 7th, 2022, so that the complete expertise can be handed over to the parties in as fast a time frame as possible.
