Weekend violations: By the side, why for any scandal in Kurti Government, guilt remains orphaned

Hard word: Past governments are at fault, old - fashioned. The weekend was marked by two violations: violation of the Constitution by the Ministry of Education and the violation of the child by car by Minister Roseta Hajdari. The latter caused great surprise in public opinion, for it declared that the female crashed into the [...] car.
The latter caused great surprise in public opinion, for it declared that the female crashed into her car. After these two weekend wonders, social networking jokes broke out.
But there's something we need to treat seriously, and that's the question: When a single official is able to accept the blame for their scandals, regardless of his position in this government.
Weekend Cases
The Child's Sin(Laughter)
Meanwhile, breaking Fridays was the Constitution by the Ministry of Education.
The violation of the Constitution: The Constitutional Court, in the weekend we left behind, has found that the Ministry of Science and Technology, led by Minister Arberie Nagavci, violated the Constitution of Kosovo with the decision of April 23rd, 2021, which gave the directive for organising teaching in the Kamenica municipality and dismissed reform undertaken by the Kastrati.
Regarding this Constitutional decision, Minister Nagavci, among other things, said they would analyse the decision, insisting that the Ministry's decision leading the municipality was better for children in Kamenica.
Kidding
For the first case - the accident of Minister Hajdari, where he violated a child (unfortunately so far - is reported to be in good condition, despite the medical treatment he had to have had), there were numerous reactions to the irony of the statement that he was hit in the car.
Dafina Demak, editor-in-chief of Periscop, linked the thief to the case of Minister Nagavci writing:
They said that even Arberie Nagavci is saying he broke the Constitution, he's slamming you”
Journalist Parim Oluri wrote:
“We're gonna drive straight, we're gonna go all over it”
Policy responses:
Vlora Dumosh, deputy of the LDK, denounced hiding information about the child's violation by the police:
Police...
The victim was a born girl in 2012.
What's the reason you don't even tell the gender right?
I wish him quick recovery.
Rosette Hajdari, lying in such cases is a sin!
Regarding the cases, there have been even more reactions than those that we collected here. But both cases, as we say, are very serious jokes and go back to the question at the beginning of this text:
Is there someone responsible who takes the blame for something in this government? /Periscopi
