Foreign Minister Bu Jean-Yves Le Drian said he will return to Kiev “very soon”, the BBC reports.
He said the redeal would allow France to deepen its support for Ukraine even further in all spheres.
Several countries earlier ordered their diplomats to leave Kiev as the invasion approached.
