In a ballot, in which one of Serbia's president/ presidential candidates is supposed to be voted, the name of Prime Minister Kurti is written.
The rest of the ballot sheet seems twirled.
In Serbia, it is voted today for regular presidential elections, early parliamentary elections and local elections in 14 cities, including Belgrade.
